What qualifications do I need to partner with Fornax?

We are looking for installers who are primarily focussed on heat pump installations. We appreciate the wide range of experience and training pathways that currently exist, that's why we look at each partner individually.

Do you monitor your systems and can show a consistently strong SCOP? Can you show a keen focus on professional development, like taking Kimbo’s course (Heating Academy Northampton / Warmur Academy) or your Heat Geek Mastery? Have you got photos for us of your quality workmanship - we’d love to see your pics of tidy pipework, for example. Or maybe you’re one of a small bunch of installers who has a lot of installs under your belt over the years. We take a balanced, case-by-case view.

Do you only offer financing for heat pump systems?

Currently we only offer finance for heat pump systems. This is so that we can focus on making the customer and installer experience as easy as possible, and offer the best value financing available.

We expect to be adding home batteries to our offering in 2025.

Are Fornax pay-monthly subscriptions regulated?

Yes, Fornax subscriptions are regulated. Our subscription falls within the scope of the Consumer Credit Act, and Fornax Energy is an appointed representative of Product Partnerships Limited, authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

What interest rates do you offer customers?

Our pay-monthly solution is designed to offer customers the lowest monthly cost possible while offering a comprehensive solution that includes all necessary servicing and support for complete peace of mind.

While the cost varies based on system specification and hardware, our product should always be the most competitive price available, and we are continually striving to make this even lower. This is a secured asset financing, not a payday loan!
