Equipment
Quality heat pump (up to 16kW), hot water cylinder (up to 200L), Passiv Smart Thermostat with remote monitoring, and a full ancillary bundle. Delivered to your door, fully funded.
Training
Accredited heat pump training tailored to your experience level, up to Level 3. Plus product training, survey and design tooling, and a mock quote exercise so you are ready for real customers.
Support
Direct support throughout your installation, with site visits where needed. In-person commissioning, post-install monitoring, and a follow-up call to fine-tune your system.
Financial
Zero equipment cost. A labour contribution of up to £2,500 paid within 24 hours of MCS certification. BUS grant managed for you. 7-10 year warranty included.

What does the scheme cost me?
Nothing for equipment, training, or support. These are fully funded by the scheme. You contribute your labour for the installation and receive up to £2,500 back within 24 hours of MCS certification.
Do I need to already be MCS certified?
No. The scheme is designed for heating engineers who want to move into heat pumps. You will be certified under the Fornax MCS umbrella as part of the process.
What happens after the installation?
You become a Fornax installer with access to embedded consumer finance, Pay Me Today installation finance*, MCS certification, and the full platform. The scheme is the beginning of your heat pump career, not the end.
How long does the whole process take?
From discovery call to commissioned installation, typically 8-12 weeks depending on training requirements and scheduling. The installation itself has a 30-day commissioning window.
Can I choose my own equipment?
Equipment is selected through a collaborative design review to ensure the right specification for your property. We will help you choose a suitable heat pump from our range of leading manufacturers. You will also get a Passiv smart thermostat, hot water cyllinder (if required) and a full ancillary bundle.
